Architectural services

aimed at innovation, personal client service and integrity…

Our works include detailed restoration of in-tact heritage structures such as the Mayne Medical School, Herston, in which extensive research, site investigations, and paint scrapings to reveal original colour schemes, enabled a faithful restoration of public spaces to their original glory.

Our long heritage track record also includes various adaptive rehabilitation projects to transform heritage structures to new uses in a manner that reveals their history and changing use in a sensitive manner that reflects the past and future.

All works are conducted in accordance with the Burra Charter and the recommendations of ICOMOS Australia.

arkLAB’s Founding Director / Architect, Alan Jordan, is an associate member of ICOMOS Australia.
