An Update on arkLAB’s Response to COVID-19…

Like many in our circle of clients and colleagues, arkLAB have been monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and actively preparing so that we can best protect the health of our team, those we work with, and the community at large.

We have systems and procedures in place to ensure that our practice continues to deliver our same high standards of service, while remaining agile in this changing environment. While this may mean that we adjust some of our procedures, in this time, arkLAB has proven technology solutions in place to ensure the continued quality of our service.

From this week changes will include:

  • Working from home: A number of the arkLAB team will, from time to time, be working remotely. This will not impact the delivery of our work in any way – they will remain contactable on mobile phone or email and be supported with mobile video conferencing in place for regular team co-ordination, project and practice planning.
  • Reduced face-to-face meetings: Like many organisations we are reviewing the way we meet. With mobile video conferencing in place, that will become our preferred methodology for meeting.  We appreciate there may be times when meeting in person is essential, at which times we will, of course, follow current recommendations to maintain health and well being.
  • Reduced travel: We will be avoiding highly populated modes of transport such as aircraft, trains/buses, and the like, and will be reviewing the need for any travel on a project-by-project basis.

We remain committed to working with you through this challenge and would be happy to discuss how best to make this time as smooth as possible.

If you have any questions please call us.

Thanks.

Alan Jordan
